• LLIC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice by posting changes online and/or to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the website (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

• In order to use the website legally, you must be a least 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to LLIC.

• LLIC may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the online service, including without limitation the maximum disk space that will be allotted on LLICs servers on your behalf.

• You agree not to use the LLIC Website to:

• a) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the Philippine Government, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation the Philippine Stock Exchange and any regulations having the force of law;

• b) commit fraudulent, criminal or unlawful act/s;

• c) transmit, post or otherwise make available any content that is inaccurate or out-of-date;

• d) transmit, post or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, indecent, obscene, libellous, profane, sexist, discriminatory, offensive, or political, invasive of another privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

• f) impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a LLIC administrator, official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

• g) transmit, post or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;

• h) transmit, post or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy or other proprietary rights and broadcasting rights of LLIC or any third party;

• i) disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of LLIC;

• j) transmit, post or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware;

• k) stalk or otherwise harass another LLIC website service user;

• l) sell or distribute in any way, personal information about other Service users; or

• m) violate any of the provisions of the Philippine cyber law;

• If you want to submit an order to the Website to purchase any of the product listed on the Website, you must register for an account on the Website (an Account) which you will be able to access on the Website through the My Account part of the Website.

• In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to:

• provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Services membership or registration form (such information being the a Registration Data); and

• maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

• Once registered with the LLIC Website, you will be asked to create a username and password for your Account. You agree that any person to whom your user name or password is disclosed is authorized to act as your agent for the purposes of using and/or transacting thru your Account.

• A valid personal email address that you access regularly is required for you to be validly registered, so that administration emails can be sent to you.

• When you register for an Account, and whenever you log on to your Account thereafter, you have the option to sign up to receive, and to opt out of receiving, information emails such as newsletters, information on offers among others.

• Although LLIC saves the information relating to any order that you submit to the Website to purchase any of the products listed on the Website, you will be unable to directly retrieve this information for security reasons.

• You must first register in accordance to Clause II before making an Order.

• LLIC processes information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you are true and accurate.

• The moment you select a product that you wish to Order, you will then be shown the charges you must pay including Value Added Tax (VAT) and applicable delivery charges. All charges are stated in Philippine Pesos unless otherwise stipulated on the Site.

• At the time of ordering, You shall immediately pay for the product in full by supplying LLIC with your credit or debit card details from a bank acceptable to LLIC or by PayPal, in order to process your Order.

• You declare that all details you provide for the purpose of purchasing the product are correct and that the credit or debit card, or account or other payment method, which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the product ordered.

• LLIC shall not be obliged to supply the product to you until it has accepted your Order. Acceptance shall take place when LLIC expressly accepts your Order by email to you in the form of a document called a "Confirmation of Order."

• If you made a mistake with your Order after you have submitted it to the Site, please contact Customer Service at lueurlaurenofficial@gmail.com.

• The LLIC name, logos and all related names, design marks and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of Lueur Lauren International Corp or its licensors.

• LLIC is the owner of all the materials: illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics published on its website. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved and may not be used without its expressed approval in writing.

• You must not use any part of the materials on the Website for commercial purposes without obtaining a license/authority to do so from LLIC.

• LLIC has no control over and accept no responsibility for the content of any site to which a link from the LLIC Website exists. Such linked sites are provided as is for your convenience only with no warranty, express or implied, for the information provided within them.

• You are not authorized to frame any of the LLIC Website onto your own or another persons website, without the express consent of LLIC.

• You expressly understand and agree that:

• a) Your use of the LLIC website service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an as-is and as available basis.

• b) LLIC makes no warranty that:

• i. the service will meet your requirements;

• ii. the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;

• iii. the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable;

• iv. the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through or as a by product of the service will meet your expectations; and

• v. any errors in the service will be corrected;

• c) Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the website/service is done at your own discretion and risk.

• d) No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from LLIC or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms and conditions.

• You expressly understand and agree that LLIC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if LLIC has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

• a) the use or the inability to use the service;

• b) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service;

• c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;

• d) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or

• e) any other matter relating to the service.

• You agree that LLIC, in its sole discretion, may terminate your account (or any part thereof) or use of the service, and remove and discard any content within the account, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if LLIC believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms and conditions.

• LLIC may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the website service, or any part thereof, with or without notice.

• The Rights granted under this terms of service can be unilaterally revoked and/or modified by LLIC at anytime, for whatever reasons, without prior notice.

• Nothing in these Terms shall create or be deemed to create a partnership, an agency or a relationship of employer and employee between you and LLIC.

• No person who is not a party to these Terms shall acquire any rights under it or be entitled to benefit from any of its terms even if that person has relied on any such term or has indicated to any party to these Terms his/her assent to any such term.

• Contracts for the supply of products formed through the Website or as a result of visits made by you are governed by these Terms.

• LLIC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. All amendments to these Terms will be posted on-line. However, continued use of the Site will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

• These Terms and your use of the Website (and all non-contractual relationships arising out of or connected to it or them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippines law.

• You and LLIC agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Quezon City, Philippines.

• In case of dispute, you agree to first refer the dispute to any alternative mode of dispute resolution mechanism before going to court.

• You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Term must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
